  • Coordinating travel, accommodation, and local transportation.

We are not a hospital, clinic, or medical practitioner. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment directly.

2. Medical Disclaimer

  • All medical procedures, advice, and treatments are provided solely by the partner hospitals and licensed medical professionals.
  • Inaya Health Care does not guarantee medical outcomes or treatment success.
  • Clients are responsible for consulting their own doctors before making any medical decisions.
  • Any risks, complications, or side effects from medical procedures remain the responsibility of the treating facility or physician.

3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, the client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful medical and personal information.
  • Follow all medical and travel-related guidelines provided by Inaya Health Care and partner institutions.
  • Obtain valid travel documents (passport, visa, medical visa, insurance, etc.).
  • Bear all personal expenses not explicitly included in the service package.

4. Payments and Refund Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to initiate arrangements.
  • The remaining balance must be paid prior to travel or as per the agreed schedule.
  • In the event of cancellation:
    • Before travel arrangements: Partial refund (after deducting administrative and third-party costs).
    • After travel arrangements or medical booking: No refund, except where permitted by our partner’s policy.
  • All payments must be made via approved and secure channels.

5. Pricing and Packages

  • All prices are quoted in [Currency] and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Packages include only the services listed in the official itinerary or quotation.
  • Any additional requests (extended stays, special assistance, etc.) will incur extra charges.

6. Travel and Accommodation

  • Inaya Health Care assists in booking travel and accommodations but is not responsible for airline schedules, hotel services, visa denials, or travel disruptions.
  • Clients must ensure they comply with the travel and health regulations of the destination country.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • We respect your privacy and handle all personal and medical information in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
  • Information may be shared only with medical partners or travel service providers involved in your treatment arrangements.

8. Limitation of Liability

Inaya Health Care shall not be liable for:

  • Any injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense resulting from acts or omissions of hospitals, doctors, airlines, hotels, or other third parties.
  • Any medical negligence, complications, or malpractice by healthcare providers.
  • Any force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political instability, etc.).

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for our facilitation services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and trademarks on the Inaya Health Care website are the property of Inaya Health Care and may not be copied or used without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert City, India]. For patients traveling to other countries, local laws of the destination may also apply in relation to medical and travel services.
